Surviving 2020 as an Empath

It’s been hard, to say the least. Battling Covid-19, staying active in the Black Lives Matter movement, and everything else has been just that: hard. As an empath, I couldn’t help but feel the anger, sadness and rage of the Earth as we’ve transitioned through such inhumane events.

Remembering that we’re simply purging and transitioning into a higher frequency is what has kept me from going down the rabbit hole. We, as a collective, are in an era of change; people are waking up to deeper truths, institutional secrets are coming out, we’re evolving at an extremely rapid rate and most importantly, it’s all happening in divine timing.

To my fellow empaths: remember to conserve your energy, recharge as often as you see fit and filter your energy intake. These are my pillars; if you’re looking for more in-depth guidance feel free to reach out. We heal as a collective.
