Finding Your Center In The 21st Century

Some of us don’t have the luxury of reclining into the mountains for a restorative journey in the midst of a rustling city, job stress, bills and whatever other tasks plague our minds. We’re fully functioning individuals in the 21st century, where nothing is handed on a silver platter without proper work. So, how do we find our center in this faced-paced 21st century?

For starters, finding your center isn’t about the duration- it’s about the intention. Taking 5 minutes out of your day to sit in silence, stretch, or communicate with your coach is still more than zero minutes. That is, as long as those 5 minutes are solely dedicated to the present moment. Ask yourself, is it that you don’t have enough time- or, is it that you don’t have enough focus?
